Project Info:

The aim of this project was to work with an instructor to create a neuroanatomy visualization of topics that are difficult for students to conceptualize. Students have particular trouble in visualizing regions of brain slices as tracts or bundles that run up and down.

In particular the focus was on these 3 main sensory/motor tracts: spinothalamic, corticospinal, and dorsal medial lemniscus. The palate for the tracts were chosen based on traditional colours to represent each of the varying types.
